Booking Conditions

Under the Liquor Licensing Act 119(4)(a), no alcohol is to be consumed on the vehicle. Black Swan Tours has the right to refuse anyone to continue with the tour in the event of intoxication and/or disorderly conduct. In the event that you purchase alcohol, we will store it for you and return it to you at the end of the tour. In order to secure a date for a private tour, a deposit of $100 will be required at the time of booking; balance is due 7 days prior to the tour.

Cancellation: Day Tours: 48 hrs (90% refund); Private Tours: 5 days (50% refund), thereafter no refund. We have the right to cancel a tour that has insufficient bookings and will try to reschedule or refund you 100%. Please contact us should you have an infant on the tour.
